Cancellation & Refund Policy
Monthly Packages (The Presence, The Growth, The Authority)
All monthly social media management packages begin with a 3-month initial term, then continue month-to-month. Clients may cancel at any time after the initial term by providing written notice at least 30 days before their next billing date. Cancellations received after that window will take effect the following billing cycle, and no partial refunds will be issued for the remaining days in an active month.
We'll complete and deliver any work already in progress at the time of cancellation, including scheduled content, graphics, and planned posts, for that billing period.
Every engagement is built on strategy, not metrics. The focus is on organic growth, intentional positioning, and connecting you with the clients who are already looking for exactly what you do. All monthly packages begin with a 3-month initial term, which allows time for full setup, a stronger online presence, and a growing SEO strategy. After the initial term, packages continue month-to-month.
One-Time & Project Services
One-time services (Social Page Setup, Design, Website Edits, Blog Posts) are non-refundable once work has begun. If a project has not yet started, a cancellation request within 48 hours of payment may be eligible for a full refund at Rooted Socials' discretion.
Add-Ons
Add-on services are non-refundable once delivered. Unused add-ons do not carry over to the following month.
General
We reserve the right to terminate a client relationship at any time if expectations cannot be reasonably met, and we will issue a prorated refund for unused services. All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing to carrie@rootedsocials.com.
